About The New Maps
Since 2012 (over 6 years) we serve our Latitude and Longitude finder service as a free service.
Even we pay to the maps service we always keep latlong.net free for use.
Unfortunately, Google Maps service is now very expensive. We have to pay over 10.000$ for month which we cannot effort.
That's why we have changed our maps. For now, we have not a satellite map.
Latlong.net survives with your support and with your visits. (Disabling your ad-block for latlong.net is very welcome :)
We will keep latlong.net as a free service as we always do.
Thank you for your understanding...

Very Useful and highly Appreciate your efforts. :)
Thank you for your hard work.
Very much appreciate this site. Thank you. Keeping the ad impressions in full view here :)
Thank you very much
Have been using this service for several years and appreciate it very much. Never had a problem.
Now I'm trying to find lat/long for a place in Silver Spring, MD with the full address, and it keeps giving me the lat/long for a place in the Dakotas!
Disappointing.
Totally agree your decision.
Thanks for providing a very helpful service over the last years.
Without satellite imagery, this site is almost useless.
Keep the good work !!!
Thank you so much!!
IT IS VERY GOOD
THANK U VERY MUCH
Typing this address >> 1129 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA, USA
finds Santa Barbara but NOT the CORRECT Location.
(The old maps had no issues) - since your change, maps do NOT always display the correct requested information.
You might want to fix this - in the above example, the location is at the corner of Anapamu and State St.
Your site (map) shows the location near Carrillo and Chino St. - this is simply incorrect.
Just thought you should know (There are other examples as well. So something is broken... Too bad.
Deeply appreciated!
As a developer we have noticed the change in pricing and we will be moving all of our systems and websites away from google maps as a result. if they become the second or third largest mapping service, it will hurt their business model. Good on you for making a stand, we will be too.
Thanks!
thank you for the service. it help to find the location

Amazing service - thank you for the ongoing development and support - it's most appreciated
I install waste water systems in the state of New Mexico and the permit required lat/long co-ordinances. It made my job much easier since I was able to obtain #'s from my computer instead of driving to job site. Thanks for your services and hope that it may return.
Great service. I can get a little closer if necessary. I will get a map overlay for a check. Thanks again.
It was great while it lasted, thank you so much for allowing me to see the globe!
Thanks a million. LatLong has provided me with excellent service over the last couple of years. I wondered just recently when the marker got missing, but the last 8 days it was ok again, needs getting use to the new map management.
thanks for the service!
Thanks a lot !!
Very valuable tool for us as we develop map-based apps and this site is perfect for testing scenarios. Too bad Google is getting greedy on stuff they got for free and that we paid for to begin with as taxpayers (yes, they did a good repackaging job, but still). Will support you if you create a fundme page.
Greetings from Brazil.
We utilize your site every day to debug and test our geo location REST SERVICES.
Muito Obrigado.

Thank you for the service, it has been a great tool when looking up coordinates. Not to rain on the parade but Bing maps displays the latitude and longitude when you enter an address and you can copy and paste from the result. You can enter the address of the location or right click on the map and drop a point and it will give you the coordinates.
Very disappointing to see the satellite view gone.
And I find it very hard to believe that you were paying Google $10,000.00 per month. Something else is going on here...
