Starring Michael Jordan, Billy West, Wayne Knight, Theresa Randle, and Danny DeVito, the film was released by Warner Bros. on November 15, 1996, in the United States, and grossed $250.2 million worldwide against a $80 million budget. It became one of the highest-grossing films of the year. A sequel to the film "Space Jam: A New Legacy" was released in 2021. Space Jam was shot in New York and California, USA. Michael's house was located at 1002 Highland Street in South Pasadena. Filming also occurred at Warner Bros Studios in Burbank.
