Aspmyra Stadion, Bodø, Norway

Aspmyra Stadion is a football stadium located in Bodø, Norway, at Fridtjof Nansens vei 3, close to Bodø Airport. Opened in 1966 and owned by Bodø Municipality, the stadium has a seating capacity of 8,270 and has been renovated and expanded several times over the years. Aspmyra Stadion is the home ground of Fotballklubben Bodø/Glimt and Idrettsklubben Grand Bodø. The record attendance in the stadium’s history was set in 1975, when 12,189 spectators attended a match.

The stadium has hosted many notable events and matches, including the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup in the 1970s, the 1994–95 Cup Winners’ Cup, the 1996–97 UEFA Cup, the 1999–2000 UEFA Cup, the 1980 Norwegian Athletics Championships, as well as a match of the Norway national football team in 2002. The stadium features 15 executive suites and a scoreboard with an LED video display. It has an artificial turf playing surface, and the pitch measures 105 × 68 meters.
