The building was completed in 1979 and designed by the Atlanta-based architectural firm FABRAP (now Rosser), led by American architect Bill Finch. The building stands approximately 403 feet (123 meters) tall and consists of 29 stories. Major projects associated with Finch and FABRAP include Atlanta Stadium and Tower Square in Atlanta.
