Kai Tak Stadium (啟德主場館) is a state-of-the-art stadium located within Kai Tak Sports Park in Hong Kong, built on the site of the former Hong Kong International Airport, which operated from 1925 to 1998. Situated at 38–39 Shing Kai Road, the stadium features a seating capacity of 50,000. Designed by Populous, it officially opened on 1 March 2025 and has since become a premier venue for football, rugby, concerts, and large-scale events.
Kai Tak Stadium hosts the matches of the Hong Kong national football team, as well as major rugby games and international concerts, including Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres World Tour.
The venue is easily accessible by bus services, the Kai Tak MTR station, the Sung Wong Toi station, and the Kowloon City Ferry Pier. There is a 5-star hotel located next to the stadium, Dorsett Kai Tak, Hong Kong.
Upcoming events include the 2025 MAMA Awards, scheduled to take place at Kai Tak Stadium on 28–29 November 2025.
