The Walt Disney Studios, Burbank, California

The Walt Disney Studios is an iconic film studio in Burbank, California, United States, located at 500 South Buena Vista Street. The studio covers an area of 51 acres. The complex includes numerous facilities such as film and television studios, a 419-seat movie theater, a concert hall, the Walt Disney Archives, FX Networks, the Disney Animation Building, the Water Tower, bungalows, and other facilities. It also serves as the corporate headquarters of The Walt Disney Company. The Michael D. Eisner Building, the principal building constructed in 1990, houses the CEO’s office. The studio is located close to Warner Bros. Studios and Universal Studios Hollywood, and lies north of the Hollywood Sign.

The Walt Disney Studios was inaugurated on February 23, 1940. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937), the first animated feature film in the United States, was produced by Walt Disney. Some of the highest-grossing films worldwide produced by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures include Avengers: Endgame, Avatar: The Way of Water, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and Avengers: Infinity War.
