Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a famous restaurant chain headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States. It is one of the most popular quick-serve chicken chains in the world. Founded on August 28, 1996, it has over 900 restaurants across the United States as well as in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and the UAE. It was founded by Todd Graves and Craig Silvey. A fun fact about the chain is that it was named after Todd Graves’s Labrador.
In 2025, Raising Cane's is opening new locations in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, and Tennessee. One of them has a unique location: it will open its first restaurant in a theme park at Universal CityWalk Hollywood. Universal CityWalk Hollywood is a major tourist destination located at 100 Universal City Plaza, Universal City, California. It features numerous dining and shopping options as well as a concert venue and a movie theater. It was opened in May 1993. Other California locations are in Redding and Canoga Park.
