Starring Don Gilet, Élizabeth Bourgine, Don Warrington, Shantol Jackson, Ginny Holder, and Shaquille Ali-Yebuah (from Series 14), the show premiered on 25 October 2011 on BBC One.
Death in Paradise is filmed in Guadeloupe, a French island in the southern Caribbean Sea. Deshaies serves as the fictional town of Honoré, a location that has since become popular with visitors. Series 6 was set and filmed in London, featuring locations such as Bleeding Heart Bistro and the Mayflower Pub.
