It follows the story of Piper Chapman who is sentenced to a year and a half behind bars. It stars Taylor Schilling, Laura Prepon, Natasha Lyonne, Danielle Brooks, Taryn Manning, Uzo Aduba, Dascha Polanco, Selenis Leyva, Nick Sandow, and Michael Harney. Orange Is the New Black was shot in New York City, and at Astoria Studios in New York.
