Rose Bowl Stadium is an outdoor stadium located at 1001 Rose Bowl Drive in Pasadena, California. Originally built in 1922, the stadium has undergone several major renovations over the years. With a current seating capacity of 89,702, Rose Bowl Stadium is one of the most iconic and largest venues for national finals and international competitions, hosting events such as college football and soccer, as well as concerts by world-renowned musicians and bands. Notable events hosted at the stadium include the 1994 FIFA World Cup Final and the 1999 FIFA Women’s World Cup Final.
The stadium has hosted the annual NCAA Rose Bowl Game since 1923 and has served as the home field of the UCLA Bruins (NCAA) since 1982. Previously, it was also the home stadium of the Caltech Beavers (NCAA) from 1923 to 1976.
Designated as a National Historic Landmark, Rose Bowl Stadium is located adjacent to the Brookside Golf and Country Club and is accessible via Interstate 210. It is approximately 10 miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles and about 15 miles southeast of Hollywood Burbank Airport.
