Malda, West Bengal, India

Malda (মালদা) is a city known as Mango City, located in the central territory of West Bengal, India. It is sometimes called Ingrāj Bäzär or English Bazaar. It is a multicultural city with many historic monuments, galleries, and commercial centers. It is one of the largest cities in the state and serves as the headquarters of the Malda district. Local attractions include Malda Railway Stadium, Malda Railway Park, and Malda Museum. The city is home to several educational institutions, such as Malda College, Malda Medical College & Hospital, and the University of Gour Banga. Malda Airport and Malda Town Train Station serve the area.
