All of Us Strangers is a British fantasy romantic drama movie written and directed by Andrew Haigh, scored by French pianist and composer Emilie Levienaise-Farrouch, and inspired by the 1987 novel "Strangers" written by Taichi Yamada. Starring an amazing cast consisting of Andrew Scott, Paul Mescal, Jamie Bell, and Claire Foy, the film premiered on 31 August 2023 at Telluride Film Festival, and was released on 26 January 2024 in the United Kingdom.
All of Us Strangers was shot in London, England, UK. The director's childhood home at Purley Downs Road in South Croydon was used as a filming location. The nightclub scenes were filmed at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern (RVT), the oldest surviving LGBTQ+ cabaret venue in South London. Scenes for Adam and Harry's apartment block were shot at Insignia Point in East Village.
