Even though Bardstown is relatively close to the northern border of KY on the western side of the state, I don’t know anyone from the Bluegrass that would consider anything south of Louisville and Lexington as Northern Kentucky. Most Kentuckians consider Northern Kentucky as the region of the Commonwealth toward Cincinnati.
Nice write up, otherwise.
