Niagara Falls, often nicknamed The Falls, is located in the province of Ontario, in southeastern Canada. The city was first settled in 1782 and officially incorporated on June 12, 1903. Long before European settlers arrived, the area was inhabited by the Haudenosaunee people.

As its name suggests, Niagara Falls is situated along the banks of the Niagara River, right on the border between the United States and Canada.

The bridge measures 1,450 feet (440 meters) in total length and stands 202 feet (62 meters) high, offering panoramic views of the Falls and the surrounding area.
