Rogers, nicknamed "The City", is a large city in Benton County, northwestern Arkansas, USA, situated to the north of Springdale and Fayetteville cities. It was incorporated on June 6, 1881, and named for Captain Charles Warrington Rogers. The city is a nice recreation spot and a center of culture, with a number of beautiful buildings in the downtown area and a few annual cultural events taking place there. The local nature is also beautiful, with a small park near the local lake which can be found a few miles east of the downtown Rogers. Points of interest in the city include Rogers Aquatics Center, Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion, Rogers Historical Museum, Lake Atalanta Park & Trails, and so on. Rogers Municipal Airport, Interstate 49, U.S. Route 62, and U.S. Route 71 serve the area.
