Happy Christmas is an American comedy-drama film written, produced and directed by Joe Swanberg. Starring Swanberg, Anna Kendrick, Melanie Lynskey, Lena Dunham, and Mark Webber, it premiered on January 19, 2014, at Sundance Film Festival, released on July 25, 2014, in the US. After a break-up, Jenny, a 20-something irresponsible woman, moves in with writer Kelly, her husband, and their child. The film was nominated for the Grand Jury Prize in the U.S. Dramatic Competition at Sundance.
