Correction: Régi kőbánya is likely the location for the attestupa scene. It is located right in the same area as the field they filmed most of the movie in.
Dani's parent's house was filmed in Draper, UT. And the scene when Christian is walking outside in the snow before going into Dani's apartment was filmed in downtown SLC at a spot called Exchange Place. The attestupa scene was likely filmed at a rock/sand quarry in Budapest and then CG was used to add the high part of the cliff and scenery.
