What is The Abandons About?
Set in the 1850s, the story follows Fiona Nolan (Lena Headey), a woman unable to have children, who adopts four orphans in Oregon. Her attempt to build a family is threatened by powerful aristocrats, forcing her and other unconventional families to fight for their home and destiny.
